Patrick leads the Property & Conveyancing and Wills, Trusts & Probate Departments and is a solicitor with over 25 years experience practicing in these areas. Timothy leads the Family, Children & Financial Provision Department which also includes Lucinda Holliday as an important team member. He also heads the Dispute Resolution & Litigation and Employment Departments and has over 20 years' experience in these fields, as well as in the Court and Tribunal systems. Timothy is a member of Resolution.
Keith heads our Commercial team and has specialised in this field for over 30 years working for both large national companies and smaller commercial landlords. Keith has broad and varied experience and is supported by a team that has dealt with a wide variety of commercial transactions. Lucinda brings a variety of experience to the firm. Her previous commercial experience in a number of organisations includes marketing, project management and also operational management for the RAC. She qualified as a solicitor in 2008 having achieved a distinction in her Legal Practice Course. She now combines a busy practice specialising in all aspects of family law and also private client work including Lasting Powers of Attorney, Wills, trusts and Probate. Lucinda is a member of Resolution.
Anne Duguid, who qualified in 1991, specialises in Wills, Probate and general private client work. She practised for HM Forces, Germany and in the North East of England for a number of years and now, having brought up her young family, Anne joins LGP’s Private Client Department.
Vanessa Hoare qualified in 2009 achieving a Distinction from Law School in London. She trained at a leading law firm in the South West and recently moved back home to Buckinghamshire where she joined LGP. Vanessa enjoys particular expertise in corporate and commercial law including areas such as acquisitions, corporate finance, shareholder agreements, commercial contracts, employment and commercial property. .
Trainee Solicitor
Pauline Carlin has worked for LGP as a paralegal for many months and is now completing her training contract with the firm. She is focusing on Property including Landlord and Tenant issues. She previously worked for Wordproc and has extensive Employment Law experience.
